I waited an hour to see DR ZOYA SEEHAR, what a huge disappointment she was. I thought I was going to be asked about my symptoms and treated compassionately. This woman was smug, judgemental and wouldn't even explain my hormones results that I brought in. Instead she asked why my doctor hadn't done so and made some disgusting comment about my age saying ' if I ever reach your age' insinuating I was so old. She's only 10 years younger than me! I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I booked an appointment yesterday for 19 march 10:30am because I am dealing with a painful eye infection and needed urgent care. Today, my appointment was cancelled due to the doctor having a family emergency. While I understand that emergencies happen, what was really frustrating was the lack of support afterward. Is not receptionist problem basically the problem is GP i have appointment with GP Iram was at 1:20pm . I came in the clinic 12:47 some how i was in clinic 27 mintues early . I came at 12:47. I was not called till 2:50pm its a big gap. thats so disapponting we have commitments too not sitting for checkup whole day. They need to keep check amd balance time is more valueable than money.
