Been coming here for years...just recently they implemented an Sms system when they advise if you don't confirm via sms response, they cancel the appointment. Informed the receptionist that this system is flawed as people get pinged with 100's of sms's and they are bound to get missed and perhaps a better mode of communication could be emails as well as sms.
