Is not receptionist problem basically the problem is GP i have appointment with GP Iram was at 1:20pm . I came in the clinic 12:47 some how i was in clinic 27 mintues early . I came at 12:47. I was not called till 2:50pm its a big gap. thats so disapponting we have commitments too not sitting for checkup whole day. They need to keep check amd balance time is more valueable than money. Booking appointments is a nightmare with these people my appointment is at 12 and I have arrived 11:55 and I have been called at 1pm. No time sense, professionalism at all taking patients for granted. All hospitals outside run on time to time. But here it’s a complete mess. No real time actual help from doctors. I met with an accident and a dislocated hand waited in pain to talk to a doctor. Very very wrong way of treating patients
Booked an appointment thinking it meant something. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half past my booking time with zero explanation or apology. Should have listened to the bad reviews about Dr Zoya because they hold up. Too busy playing on her phone, rather than doing her job. The receptionist clearly has no idea how to run a booking system. If you book an appointment at this clinic, just be prepared to wait at least an hour every single time. I wish I looked at the bad reviews about Dr Zoya in being unprofessional, rude, late and constantly on the phone, because it is exactly right. The bookings are an absolute joke and there’s never any explanation as to why the doctors are running hours behind. Don’t expect an apology either.
