⚠️Never select click and collect items here. Su received and signed the delivery item. I checked 3 times and the lady told me it has never been delivered. I have delivery evidence here. She told me to check the nearest delivery address, post office, sender, courier service, which I did. Shame on you, Su. Very dishonest service.
