Absolutely awful, the worst experience of my life. I had them build a custom home, which they cut every corner possible. Drywall all cracked, floors were lifting, tile showers all began leaking in the rooms below and they stood behind nothing. They should be ashamed. Thanks

I bought a spec home from Pascoe Builders in 2003. In 2017, I had to replace the roof because the roofer did not nail through the tar strip and shingles just blew off. I found a water leak in my basement in June 2019 and had to replace my patio door because they did not seal the original door properly. Water rotted the wood beneath the door over a 16 year period. I rented the condo is Slippery Rock in 2017 owned by Pascoe Builders . Please do not rent from them . I was single living in these condos , very clean and cared for the place as if it were my own home . The water tank and heat always breaking down in the winter time and no return phone calls . Like others said Kristen is a rude and ignorant person and will take every dollar you have and at move out and will charge Ridiculous amounts of money if she sees any minor thing wrong with the condo your fault or not she will charg... read more
