It’s unfortunate that this company seems to do such great work - I wish I had been able to see it performed but my experience with prompt communication from this company has been substandard. My initial request to this company occurred 11/7. I included an engineer’s flooring report with details regarding the required repairs to the joists. Pascoal (with Leo as primary) recently completed a project for us involving replacing stairs, repairing drywall, laying both tile and wood floors and also installing a new screen system on our porch. Leo was very meticulous and did beautiful work- and was quite flexible working around our schedules. Rebecca did a great job dealing with the headaches of permits! We will call them again and recommend to neighbors.
Pascoal Carpentry has an efficient and communicative team . Our company worked with this vendor at one of our communities on a large projected . Dario and Jay have been very nice to work with and keeping the communication open on a timely manner was the key to an effective collaboration.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They are fast, organized, skilled and knowledgeable, supremely professional, and total perfectionists. They are highly responsive to any and all questions or concerns. The managers will be on site regularly and all work is checked. I have zero complaints. My house suffered a major catastrophe.
