Long story short, they accepted damaged equipment, then installed the damaged equipment, and are taking months to rectify the issue. All in all, I am paying for a broken 12,000.00 popsicle machine and they will not replace it. Also, it is hell to fix. I own five businesses, and I have NEVER dealt with such an awful experience in my life. I will be using the retained lawyer we have most likely to sue for lost profits, as well as irresponsible negligence for accepting damaged product, and then not making it right. THE place in DFW for outfitting a commercial kitchen. No showroom or on-site purchases, but these people know commercial kitchen equipment and can source anything you need.
