Pasche's has become one of my favorite restaurants (if not my top pick.) By this point I have been there many times and the food has never disappointed, the ambiance is nice, and it is always clean. I first took a chance on it when it first opened not knowing what to expect, it won me over. Items I recommend the most are the fried pickles (nobody does fried pickles like Pasche's), crawfish wrap, fried or blackened catfish, etoufee, and the seafood gumbo. Pasche's is a refreshingly different restaurant for Battle Creek -- a comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great New Orleans style menu make it a place I enjoy frequently. The fish, notably the catfish, is perfectly fried. The muffelettas and jambalaya -- mmmm. And the daily specials are always tasty. Even the burgers -- hand pattied fresh everyday -- are fantastic.
