I’m an optical manager that recently acquired an independent optical in Colorado. After 8 months with them, I have been very pleased with their communication, patience (I have one brand new optician), and friendliness. Small crew, but hard working and knowledgable. They transferred me over to a sales manager and explained my situation."I was looking for a cheap to moderately priced lab first time I opened an optical" I guess she was offended with the word "cheap" (and I apologized, but her interaction and tone was condescending after using the word "cheap". After an exchange of sentences, I told her that this conversation wasn't going well and I hung up.
