Angelina was so patient, kind and understanding given my circumstances. She was able to give me reassurance and support, benefiting my mental health during a difficult process and prioritising my complex needs. She gave advice regarding legal aid and was flexible with scheduling calls.
Extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Pascale Legal, who were representing my ex-husband. Their approach was unprofessional, intrusive, and completely lacking in sensitivity. Despite there being an active Intervention Order in place for my personal safety, I received incessant phone calls and repeated messages pressuring me to participate in a mediation I had absolutely no interest in or obligation to attend.
Rude woman on the phone. I was asking questions about my case but yet the “”lady”” on the telephone acted as if I had a significant developmental disorder … DO BETTER!!
Honestly the most usless people ever. Never answered my calls or questions properly and paid them for nothing its actually a joke I wish I could give them 0 stars. I'm a single father of 2 leaving a domestic relationship and trying to get full custody of my kids and all they wanted to do was go through mediation but couldn't get a hold of my ex so they just dropped it all together even after she trespassed onto my property and tried to take my kids from me even tho she had an avo on her. Wouldn't recommend them ever
Amazing team and I always felt supported and listened too. So thankful to of had them by my side.
