My fiancée, Christie Rosario, and I welcomed our daughter Adaline at Pascack Valley Hospital in Westwood, NJ, and we are incredibly grateful for the care we received. An emergency room with no sense of urgency … so many idle staff, yet so little productivity, and so much indignation from nurses when you request anything from them. All this when you could hear a pin drop in the hallway. I can’t imagine what the ER nurses are like when it’s busy.
Was here for a CT with contrast and I was impressed with the quality of the service. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Went into the ER recently and got excellent service as always. Very caring and informative staff. Always a good feeling (even in tough situations) knowing I can go to PVH and get the care I need.
I went to them around 2am for a few ailments and they disregarded me because I had been drinking. They treated me as a drunk. Not as someone who was truly worried about her situation.
