I’ve been living in Guadalupe about 12 years. Back when I purchased my home prices were much more affordable. Honestly? There’s not much to this area. I have kept the house because I spent the majority of time working out of town while a family member upkeeps the house. This a small quaint town. Mostly farm workers. The prices that this developer is asking for the homes built in this site are inexcusable. I remember going in just to check on the prices.
