I started going here since 2009 with Dr. Montoya. He is an awesome Doctor so is his nurse Susie but time to time the customer service at the front desk got horrible, the girls are rude on the phone & when you are there. I didn't go here because I'm low income, I went there because of the Dr. I stop going because they wrote my birthday wrong, it might not be a big deal but this is how accidents happen. The place is very crowded and there's a lot of children running around. Not a typical OB/GYN office I'm use to. Other than that the staff is friendly. Dr. Sarrio and Dr. Bruce are very good doctors and they always make me laugh. They really remember their patients and take the time to know you even though it's obvious that they are extremely busy. The wait time on some days is pretty long but most of the time they try to get me in and out of there. The parking is horrible and alot of people like to double park in front of th... read more
