Dr. Cook is the best! Staff is nice. Always professional.
I’ve been coming to this office for years. Now we lived to Katy and I still love them so I called them and asked if I could order my older sons glasses and sunglasses through the phone. I emailed Brenda the prescription and paid over the phone. Both her and Thomas were so helpful, they have wonderful customer service. I emailed them a UPS prepaid label and they shipped them to us. Thank you both for all of your help! I really appreciate it.
Staff genuinely cares and is attentive to your needs. Great selection of frames too! We drove a far distance to get here but worth the trip!
