I was very apprehensive about coming here but Alex (executive director) gave me a call and was so warm and supportive that I decided to take the leap. The staff here are awesome, special shout out to Emily for being the best individual therapist I could have asked for! I was placed in the Mountain Room cohort, and the group was so valuable for me. Everyone was so kind and offered incredible advice regardless of our differing circumstances. Also, the food is really good :)
If I could give this 10 stars I would because the people here are just so amazing from the therapist who are absolutely amazing and attentive and pay attention to you and try to make sure all your needs are met to the group members. Who are there for you and make you feel like you belong, this is a place for if you feel like you need help in situations like this go to it. Pasadena Villa is life changing. There is no way to properly express the compassion and support that this program provides. There will be the opportunity to not only navigate what you are currently feeling, but to give you the power to overcome what else life brings to you.
