This program was an amazing resource that has helped me tremendously. It brought me from a really dark place in my life to some of the happiest and most stable I've ever been. All of the providers are fantastic and very knowledgeable which has made the experience quite positive. I can't thank Pasadena enough for all the help and I'm excited to move forward in my life with all this new knowledge and skills.

The staff is very friendly and are always ready to help. Rooms got updated and have very comfortable sitting. If you are going through a tough moment, I highly recommend this location for therapy!

I have been in and out of inpatient/outpatient treatment to manage my depression for years. When my therapist mentioned trying intensive outpatient therapy again, I was eager to try, as a good review of coping mechanisms can serve as a dose of strength when you need it... and I needed it. If you need a reset, this can help. There isn’t enough time to change thought patterns until you make that time. This is the place that provided time and support for me to make the changes that I knew I needed.
