I was a client at Pasadena for 3 months and did both PHP and IOP while I was there. The team there is phenomenal and focused on creating a treatment plan centered around my needs and goals. There were a few bumps here and there (which is to expected in any therapeutic environment), but my concerns were always heard and addressed. The fact that they actually made visible changes to tailor the treatment to your needs as you go through programming is what sets Pasadena apart from other places. My financial information felt more important then my mental health. Feeling like nobody cares and being told I cant receive help until it was figured out is defeating. Update: Was able to speak with someone, but more problems arose to the point the office wouldn't proved help due to physical health. Its very defeating trying so hard to survive when it feels like the people being paid to care, still dont. If you don't deal with physical aspects of mental health, they may be able to help.
