My dad has gone here 2 or 3 times already and they have provided transportation each time and we haven't had any problems until today, they dropped him off while my dad was still under the effects of the anesthesia and just left him outside barely able to walk up the drive way. We were lucky enough to notice right when he was dropped off and made it outside before he fell down. The driver should have came to knock on the door and let us know to help him inside. We believe that was very irresponsible of the driver.
This place need to be shut down people with serious problems don’t need to be admitted here everything is old including the building and the do everything manual ( hard work for the workers I feel for them)
