Free concert tonight .... total fail before it even begins. The concert outside on the steps of city hall was completely mis managed as far as "the house". I arriv3d at 4:30 so I could park in a disabled spot. Chairs were already set up for patrons. General public were to bring chairs and blankets. My self and another senior were the first two. Really enjoy the Pasadena Pops Summer Series. Michael Feinstein is fantastic, incredibly talented and funny. The Arboretum is a lovely venue. It does feel like the flow has been figured out. Parking is easy. The shuttles are quick. Lines for food can take a little but that is up to the truck.
They really shouldn't be featuring Valentina Lisitsa in their program, but this is what you get when second rate ensembles are desperate for artists.
