I would definitely recommend PSC to anyone looking for a personal trainer/one on one training. I trained with Pat, the owner, for about 7 months and got great results! Pat is awesome and is very attentive to my strengths and limits. He always pushed me just the right amount. The gym always had positive vibes and everyone was always nice and welcoming. This place slaps!
As a trainer, I find it a great space to rent, and the owner is very cool guy, and always easy to talk to. One thing that stands out most about the owner of this facility, is that he is very empathetic to people with different backgrounds. Overall, my experience at the facility as a trainer is great.

This gym has quickly become my top choice. It offers a super fun and friendly atmosphere. Ricky, treats everyone like family, striving to bring out the best in each client by helping them achieve their fitness, health, body, and personal goals.
