My sewing machine broke, RIGHT in the middle of a stitch!!! Joe was able to fix it while I waited, went home and finished my project. I also plan to go back for classes on learning all about my machine.
I made a trip over there today, but it was closed. There was no website or info on YP.com to let me know that they are closed on Mondays.Total bummer!
Alfreda is amazing! I loved my old Janome, however I had taken it to another store and been told it couldn't be fixed. So I thought I would have to buy a new machine. When I told her my situation she told me to bring the machine in and she would check it out. She is like the "machine whisperer" because she fixed it up and now it runs better than ever. I still wanted an embroidery machine though so I purchased the Ellegante and it's awesome!
The customer service is very good! I like this company
