Came to them PasadenaPS once for tax filing in 2023 and will never go back. They charged more than anyone I've consulted with, and completely forgot to include a new-child tax credit that we specifically requested for our first born. Originally I was in touch with Jimmy but he passed us off to Dori who has been one of the most unprofessional contacts I've ever worked with. When I began with Pasadena Professional Services, the communication was great. They helped me apply for ERC money in 2023. They said I did qualify and received all of the paperwork. They told me what I would be receiving. I received 1/3 of the refunds. There is NO communication unless I reach out to them, and then, they don't always respond. We do not recommend engaging with this particular business. We have experienced delays in the processing of our taxes despite being assured by Dori Lincoln that they had been filed three months ago. Our attempts to communicate with Dori and Exxon regarding the completion of our taxes have gone unanswered. We found Dori Lincoln's demeanor to be unprofessional and her behavior unacceptable.
