Great work and quick! Called on a Tuesday evening, they came out Wednesday morning. They were thorough, explained everything I needed, and price was reasonable. Love a mom and pop shop :) would def recommend!
This company came and replaced. My toilet gave me a fair price. Something that I can afford. They are fast easy to work with. I’ve had my share with plumbers in this company by far I can say is the best
Unprofessional scheduling procedures from the first call. Communication lines were crossed and I did not believe the plumber from Pasadena Plumbers was showing up so I called someone else. Pasadena Plumbers ended up showing up and started service (tenant let them in) without calling to confirm with me after I thought the plumber from there was not coming. What a pleasant experience! I discovered my water heater was leaking badly earlier today and called Pasadena Plumbers. They arrived within the hour to assess the situation, and completed replacing the water heater before 1:30pm. The father and son team could not have been nicer or more professional. I am so glad to have found them and will be recommending them to others.
