Bottom-line-up-front: Pasadena Plumbers are outstanding! First called in March due to a leak in an upstairs pipe (polybutylene) that leaked water into the kitchen. Called 5 plumbers in the area. Called Pasadena Plumbers last only bc of the distance. They were the first to call back. Michael came out shortly after and found the source of the leak and fixed it. Since then, we've had them here to replace all of the upstairs polybutylene pipes and installing a new water heater & sump pump (both well beyond their life-span). Mich... read more

Tony was absolutely wonderful. He came to my house within 1/2 hour-45 minutes of me calling on during the 4th of July weekend. He took the time to explain everything he was thinking the problem could be, as well as the final determination. He resolved the problem and took the time to explain everything he was doing.
