EDITED FOR RESPONSE*: Holly decided to wait to write a long response and rewrite everything that occurred as if she acted professionally and correctly which she did not. It’s amazing how easily some people can lie. Let’s say tenant did pour grease down the drain- I wasn’t living there and needed someone to help me fix it regardless of tenant actions. Great work and quick! Called on a Tuesday evening, they came out Wednesday morning. They were thorough, explained everything I needed, and price was reasonable. Love a mom and pop shop :) would def recommend!
This company came and replaced. My toilet gave me a fair price. Something that I can afford. They are fast easy to work with. I’ve had my share with plumbers in this company by far I can say is the best
Unprofessional scheduling procedures from the first call. Communication lines were crossed and I did not believe the plumber from Pasadena Plumbers was showing up so I called someone else. Pasadena Plumbers ended up showing up and started service (tenant let them in) without calling to confirm with me after I thought the plumber from there was not coming.
