This is definitely, without fail, the worst experience I've ever experienced in a medical environment. Although Dr. Barker may be a half decent Doctor, her receptionist was the most rudest person I've ever met! She began by claiming that I'd never been in to see the Doctor before, when in fact, I had. She admitted that I had been there previously, only when I reiterated what she had said, loud enough for the other waiting patience to hear.
