Great staff and doctors.
Nice practice. Dr's always very accommodating and always greeted by a friendly/ helpful receptionist
Had my first appointment with Dr Gautam Pisapati and I found him to be absolutely lovely. Very caring and knowledgeable.
Too rude staff. On 22nd Feb Saturday 11:13 am who ever was there in reception she was very rude lady. She was at reception and even don't know how to speak with clients. Unprofessional, Very very disappointed. Do someone has to be in charge to speak politely🤔.
Just had the loveliest experience at Pasadena Medical with pathology! I always have bad reactions when having blood taken, but this lady (Samantha) took such good care of me and had such genuine care. Even insisted on walking me to a nearby cafe to make sure I was ok leaving. I'm so so grateful and truly in awe of her professionally and personally. Pasadena Medical please know how wonderful Samantha is
