I became a patient at Pasadena a few months ago after being recommended by my daughter. The care I have recieved from Dr Gautam and the team at Pasadena has been incredible. Both my wife and I are very grateful for everyone’s kindness and I am thrilled to have finally found a clinic with brilliant doctors and staff that make me feel very comfortable and have a true interest in my care. Nice medical centre. Great to shop after appointment.
This is the worst medical clinic I have ever been to. They consistently overcharge without providing clear reasons, and there is absolutely no transparency in their pricing. When I asked for a breakdown of the charges, they used vague excuses such as “case complexities” and claimed the fees were based on what the doctor did after the appointment yet they couldn’t explain what the doctor actually did to justify the extra $100 for a so-called “long consultation.” In the end, you are simply forced to pay whatever they demand, w... read more
