The all staff and doctor were friendly and professional great job at PISD Wellness Clinic 👏
I have been attending the Pasadena Wellness clinic for many years. The nurses have always taken excellent care of us especially when we are feeling nervous about bloodwork or receiving results. They are kind and very patient. Dr. Hurtado is AMAZING!! He explains everything in detail and truly offers some of the best options!!! Melissa is wonderful and will address your concerns while making the best decision to make you feel better.
It's a fantastic clinic, and Dr. Hurtado and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. But, they very rarely answer their phone, and I don't receive a call-back when I leave messages requesting them to do so. I'd score a 5 for the doctors and staff, but 0 for communication and response. I've given 2 stars to average out scores 0 and 5.
