Anne Carter is the best! The fact that she also needs and wears hearing aids makes it so much more relatable when I have an issue. She also can try the different styles and new designs and use that first hand experience to guide her patients. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Anne was amazing. Within a very short time she understood my previous dr sold me the wrong product. Anne verified what I've said for 10 months. There was a problem and I'm not crazy for thinking that there was

Dr Carter and her staff are top notch. I was referred to Pasadena Hearing Care through one of my clients, who has been happy with Dr Carter for a number of years. When I finally decided to get my hearing tested and corrected, she was great. The follow on support is the best.

My Mom, who passed away earlier in the year, was a patient of Anne Carter's and Pasadena Hearing for years. They treated my Mom with kindness, genuine caring and helped her out a few times when she moved to assisted living when her hearing aid was clogged or needed service. Anne always took the time to chat with my Mom and myself when I accompanied her to the office. Just an outstanding, knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare professional. I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Pasadena Hearing Care. The office staff and the administrator of the auditory tests went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and part of a team. Dr. Carter is outstanding. She takes the time you need to feel informed and supported. I left the office feeling grateful and excited that my world will be enhanced. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter and her team.
