I was a bit nervous about getting hearing aids even though I knew I needed them. Pasadena Hearing Care explained everything to me and after I took the hearing tests, explained each section and what I did and did not hear. We discussed which hearing aids and I am pleased with our choice. It was a team who helped me through this change and I am ever so happy. And, yes, I really did need hearing aids. I started going to Pasadena Hearing Care about 2 months ago and I wished I had known about them years before. They are so caring about your needs and DO NOT sell you hearing aids that you don't need. They do a thorough exam and get you fitted with the ones you need and don't try to sell you the most expensive and then push you out the door. They have follow ups to fine tune, if need be or if you have any concerns to discuss. I will NEVER go anywhere else. They tell it like it is and should. Dr Carter and her staff are caring, professional and fabulous! I must have tried out 4 different types of hearing aides until I found the ones that worked best for me, and Dr Carter tried her best to make sure I had the best possible outcome. They’re convenient, easy to schedule with and overall a great office. I recommend them for anyone needing amplification but specially if you’re difficult to fit as I am.
