Great location, historic building, and friendly landlord. Reasonable monthly rent and cleaning fee when moving out, had a great year living there
Great location, fair price, quiet & peaceful. I've been here for a year and I haven't had any problems. I like the classic building and Green Street location. Close to PCC, Caltech, Macys and shops on Lake Avenue. I enjoy walking through Old Town on Colorado Boulevard.
Helping Carlos deliver the instacart delivery from walmart to Apartment "00" (bringing the heavy diet sodas & snacks?) Up the staircase was a highlight of mine, just now. That's how we do it at 1030, here as a Lutheran. Props to you Carlos, very nice meeting you. Have fun! Wish you all well.. going clubbing now at a DJ booth.
I lived for 3.5 months. The unit was quite spacious. Very close to Caltech. It was a wonderful experience overall. The check-in and check-out processes were quite smooth and the manager was very helpful as well. It is worth the price and definitely recommend PGP.
Charming neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining places within walking distance. Really cool old building with a beautiful courtyard and lovely restaurant on first floor. Attentive and friendly super responsive to any issues. Laundry room ample for the number of residents. Ideal for students and anyone who wants quiet, respectful neighbors. The layout of the building is quirky and the size of my apartment was not ideal, though there are bigger units, some with terraces.
