We've lived here a year and a half---the property manager is very responsive. The location also can't be beat.
Located in a great area, was exactly as advertised, and was clean when I moved in. Live in manager and building manager were responsive and helpful. Positives were that the manager was very responsible and gave a tour over face time because I couldn't see it in person. My unit came furnished and wasn't new but everything was very clean and functional. Security was good, felt safe. Spent a full year living in a reasonably priced, well-appointed studio apartment in this charming and historic Pasadena building. Safe and comfortable, it was only a 10 minute walk to my classes at Pasadena City College and just a quick two block walk to all the fantastic restaurants and the Trader Joe’s on Lake. The rent here is quite reasonable for the area, and the management team is well-organized and quick to respond to any concerns. The location is super convenient—just a short walk to pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants. I’m giving it 4 stars since the walls are quite thin, and I can hear quite a bit from the neighbors.
I’ve lived in this apartment complex for one year and overall have enjoyed my stay. Of course no apartment is perfect, but below I am going to try to list all of the pros and cons of this place for anyone that may be thinking about living here. I find that the pros substantially outweighs the cons.
