Charming neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining places within walking distance. Really cool old building with a beautiful courtyard and lovely restaurant on first floor. Attentive and friendly super responsive to any issues. Laundry room ample for the number of residents. Ideal for students and anyone who wants quiet, respectful neighbors. The layout of the building is quirky and the size of my apartment was not ideal, though there are bigger units, some with terraces.
The most affordable studio apartments in a fantastic location. Great for Caltech students. The units come furnished and there is onsite coin laundry. The management are very friendly and helpful for any issues.
My son leased a studio this past summer. The space was clean and the rent was reasonable for the area. The location was unbeatable - very convenient to everything. The managers were super communicative and great to work with. Thank you, PGP Apts!
