The most affordable studio apartments in a fantastic location. Great for Caltech students. The units come furnished and there is onsite coin laundry. The management are very friendly and helpful for any issues.
My son leased a studio this past summer. The space was clean and the rent was reasonable for the area. The location was unbeatable - very convenient to everything. The managers were super communicative and great to work with. Thank you, PGP Apts!

The location is perfect: it’s walkable to caltech and surrounded by good cafes like CAR or boy&bear, and is next to the Sichuan street food and the L’moon boba! 2.
