Very lengthy appointment waiting times. I am utterly disappointed with having to waiting for over an hour on the phone in cue number 13!! Then I get a human to answer just to ne forwardedback into the cue number 13 for another hour wait!!!! Unacceptable unprofessionalism!
Doctor Ali is phenomenal; he found some higly cancerous polyps but has since removed them, each step along the way he ensured my family and I understood the process and the next steps. 5 Star doctor, highly recommend him for anything Gastro related!!!!
