I bought a natural sun block on clearance took it home and when I opened it, the water was pouring out with some clotted white substance. Clearly defective merchandise. When I took it back to return/ exchange the cashier AND manager refused and told me that clearance items are not refundable. Seriously? So I just threw away $18 junk they sold me. Not coming back!
There were over 15 people in line with only 1 register open. We left all the stuff we wanted to purchase at another register. I guess the manager at the store does not care about customer service. There are many other places that would be happy to help you check out instead of standing in line.
