The staff at this place are amazing! I ordered new frames but when they didn’t fit me, they allowed me to bring my own frames and fit my new lenses into them at no extra charge. Thank you for being so sweet and accommodating in these hard times!
Had a really great experience at this office from beginning to end. Didn’t have to wait any longer to be seen than it took to complete my intake forms. The doctor was thorough and explained everything really well after the exam. The staff were also very helpful; they had a great selection of frames within my eye insurance allowance and helped me pick out a pair that suits me. Would recommend!
This is a great office. Both doctors (Grace and Mike Wong) and staff (Kim and Sonia). Highly recommend.
