If I could give a zero, that's what this business with terrible customer service earns. If a potential customer calls to inquire if you're still open AND tells you they are headed over, it would be best to give them all of the info rather than have them show up and you then inform them you stop accepting cc payment and only take cash 15min before closing. Poor service.
Worse car wash ever
Terribly slow. Over 1hr 15min for a car wash. Understaffed it seems. They charge a credit card fee but don’t tell you until after you have turned your car over and go to pay. I successfully argued that wasn’t fair and they did remove it reluctantly. Car wash was fine but nothing that you couldn’t get elsewhere without taking so long and shady pricing practices.
silver wash, exterior was cleaner but definitely could be A LOT more clean (see in the pics). was given 0 direction on what to do, where to wait, or the process in general. had to find out my car was ready by myself after waiting 30 mins, no one communicates that with you. and then the car is like not even that clean like bruh
