The key fob went missing after your employees had custody/access to the vehicle. I am filing a police report and request that you preserve all evidence.
Had a fantastic experience. Got a coupon for "The Start" and the detailing was great and I went right at the top of the day so it wasnt busy at all. Total detailing took about 45 min. 100% handwash!! Cover seating in the waiting area with massage chair and snacks for sale along with misc car items. Walkable to Sidecar or spend the waiting time at Marshalls or BevMo across the street.
I had a wonderful experience at Pasadena Hand Wash! My car had flower petals that were stuck to the hood and almost melted to the car due to heat. Rolando and his crew jumped into action with a super thorough detail and clean and now my car looks brand new. So appreciate their care and help!
