I used to really like this company, but I had a really bad experience with them. During a routine root canal in 2014, a piece of a file broke off and was not removed from my root. Several years later, at the beginning of the pandemic, the file manifested an infection and I contacted the office for help. My wife went to this place and had a root canal done. Her root canal was ok, and she was told that the insurance had covered most Of the expenses and she paid her out of pocket share of the expenses. Out of nowhere a couple of months later she received a bill. She called and she was told that the insurance didn’t cover it all. We called our insurance and were told that they paid what the clinic charged. We called the clinic and they cannot explained what the charge is for. Needless to say, I'm a big scaredicat! Dr. Safa was reassuring me I wouldn't feel a thing. TRUE statement!! I didn't even need to take the pain meds prescribed. The work they have done to my son's front tooth is just amazing. The staff and Dr are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Safe is truly a sweetheart and great with my son. Am truly grateful for their services and to be seen by such a great practice
