We have taken ALL of our vehicles here, both gas and diesel. Whether it be a simple oil change on our gas vehicles or a full job on our Duramax. We have never been let down. They are constantly in communication updating us on where our parts are and how long the jobs will take etc and super quick! Katie, the secretary is the kindest and always makes sure we are updated, no matter what time of day. Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was almost non-existent, and they had our truck there for 3 weeks before even letting us know the diagnosis! We actually drove by several different days and saw it sitting in the same spot in their lot, despite being told it was “being worked on in the garage.” After this, I did not trust them to do the repair, so I paid the diagnostic fee I was initially quoted and wanted it towed back home.
