I have had an amazing experience at Pasadena Cosmetic Surgery through all procedures. Adam, the nurses, and the entire front office staff are incredible from start to finish. Everyone is so kind, professional, and easy to talk to, which makes the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. From the very first visit, I knew that Dr. Martin O'Toole would be my surgeon. I had interviewed 4 other doctors, and none of the other offices gave me the sense of expertise and care that Martin O'Tooles office did. Sarah, and all of the nursing staff were excellent as well. The whole process was very straight forward, and provided detailed information at the very beginning in considering such a major procedure. Estoy decepcionada de este lugar porque por ser latina sufrí de discriminación , quería hacerme una cirugía y cuando llame para agendar una cita me dieron la fecha y cuando se llegó el día de la cita me dijeron que no estaba en la agenda y que volverían a programarme una cita y había espacio para atenderme me atendió Sara por teléfono y también cuando acudí a ese lugar , pero cuando me vio me dijo no y me sentí discriminada y cuando llamo para darme otra cita me la daba muy retirada la fecha y ya no quise acudir a ese lugar ... read more
