Jacob took care of me throughout the whole process of fixing my Tesla Model Y. I picked my car back up with a mini detail (much cleaner than I brought it in) and a full charge. The exterior work looks good so far (still have to put through appropriate lighting to double check) and certainly hope it withstands the test of time. From the day I dropped it off for an estimate to picking up the car took about 3-4 weeks but only took PCC about 5-6 business day to do the repair. Had to bring my car here for an insurance claim, and everybody was SO NICE. They got the car done a little faster than expected, and they had great communication. Jennifer at the front desk was especially nice and made the process feel easy and smooth, and Ron there is like the best. Ron was rad and went above and beyond. I had an additional problem with my car and he was helpful with all my questions, gave good advice, and he and everybody at the Collision Center did such a good job getting my car back to a great condition ... read more

Very solid Auto Body place. Had to get my bumper and mirror replaced. Staff, including Jacob who helped me with my car, were all very friendly and professional. Prices for what I did pay for were very reasonable and not “scammy”. I hope circumstances wont have me seeking auto body work in the future. But if they do I would definitely consider coming back here.

Just left with my fully repaired Tesla for the second time in one year from Pasadena Collision Center. I can’t express how fortunate I’ve been working with the manager, Jack, who has completely taken emprise of my vehicle for the second time, as well as Jacob, the estimator. Not only do I recommend relieving your car during a collision, I also highly recommend taking it there for any inconvenience or service needs. They will accommodate any needs regarding your Tesla. 10 stars!!!
