I had the best experience at this auto repair shop. I had two claims for each side of my car, and they advocated on my behalf with the insurance companies. It was a smooth process from start to finish, and I’m so pleased with the professionalism and kindness of all the staff.
So happy with my experience at Pasadena Collision Center. They were honest and open with me about the process day 1. I had them repair extensive damage to my Audi e-tron GT. The front bumper, hood, and majority of the front end was damaged. They brought my car back to its OEM form. Paint matching and paint work is impeccable. Could not recommend them more.
