So happy with my experience at Pasadena Collision Center. They were honest and open with me about the process day 1. I had them repair extensive damage to my Audi e-tron GT. The front bumper, hood, and majority of the front end was damaged. They brought my car back to its OEM form. Paint matching and paint work is impeccable. Could not recommend them more.

I brought my tesla in here after an accident. They are very professional and helpful. Tesla insurance took care of the total loss with them and I had to pay nothing to release the vehicle to Tesla. I was worried about the storage fees, but Pasadena Collision Center assured me that they will work with me in case I decided to retain the vehicle and repair elsewhere. I’m glad I chose this place.

If you need to use a body shop, Pasadena Collision Center should be the top of your list of locations to consider. Everyone, from Jennifer in the office to Rene, who handled my insurance claim to Ron, the point person for the repair was amazing. The staff was very hospitable, especially Jennifer, who had to put up with my numerous phone calls to set up the estimate appointment, as well as the repair once approved by insurance. Best of all?
