Very disappointed with my experience here. I brought in a $200 dress that had no stains and just needed a basic cleaning. When I picked it up, the dress had new stains on it and noticeable snags in the fabric. I pointed this out, and the employee offered to redo the cleaning. When I came back the second time, the stains were slightly reduced but still there, and the fabric was still snagged.
