I found Pasadena Bimmer while searching for a local place to perform walnut shell blasting on my 2018 F-150. After a conversation with the mechanic to explain the quote for the service, I was told he didn't believe I needed the service when I was ready to pay for it. I was truly impressed with the honesty of the mechanic. I will come back when the service is truly needed.
Great communication, great service! I've looked for a quality service provider for my BMW since my employer relocated me to Maryland. Well, my search is over! I highly recommend Pasadena Bimmer, my car hasn't run this good in a very long time. Saying that, for as long as my employer has me here in Maryland, my BMW will not visit any other shop. Thank you for your professionalism and high quality of work.
I could give them a worse review but, I just didn’t like how they wanted to go by doing business. I had a genuine bmw timing chain I wanted installed. Lady over the phone told me she wanted me to pay $200 just for a quote which is pretty crazy within itself. Biggest issue is I told her the exact job I wanted done but she said I needed an entire quote because there could be more work that needs to be done. Awesome service and value. The crew here is the best. I have had several major mechanical problems resolved. Steve and Dillion are master mechanics and Christine behind the service counter is a joy to deal with. All are very detailed oriented. The will help you avoid problems before they happen. If you have a BMW THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I trust them with my vehicle.
