Terrible Experience. Fred Soleimani aka MYSTIC RUG (upstairs) sold us a rug through the internet. When we received it, it was torn and full of holes--none of which were photographed or described. We contacted him, he approved the return. The rug was immediately returned--then the fun began. His refund check BOUNCED. He now has the rug and our money too. He also tried to sell us a rug that had been sold to someone else. I guess he was trying to get more money, never mind his obligation to his other buyer. This man is untrust... read more
