I highly recommend PAS Inc not only for the installation but also for how responsive they were when there was a problem. During the really hot weather the air conditioning went out as the result of a critter blocking an outside pipe. They were here within hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. That is the definition of great customer service. I have used them in a residential and commercial setting.
I love working with the team at PAS Air because of the results and difference they have made in my day today life. Kyle has built a committed team and I feel good having them at my home as they are trustworthy, patient and really knowledgeable. When a new issue came up they were responsive and on it. I appreciate that enormously. Before installing a new HVAC system they really listened to what I wanted. I recommend them highly. The great results and terrific experience working with them speak for themselves.

Absolutely awful. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve called or emailed with an issue and their response was “it’s supposed to … .” The sprinkler is leaking, “it’s supposed to be off during the day” or the link you sent for my screen door doesn’t work, “it’s supposed to take you to where you can buy it.” Never have a solution unless it’s very simple like can a buy a pool or court key, not even excuses. They don’t listen to the homeowners and make it very obvious that they don’t care
