As an Interior Designer I am so impressed with the work that was done on my parents house. PAS was professional, courteous and worked in a timely fashion. Fake it ’til you make it has no place in construction I can see that PAS has plenty of good reviews for small scale quick projects - mostly from Aiden’s commune friends, but I hired them for a larger job with some high quality materials and a six-figure budget. What a mistake I made - I feel stupid looking back at how much I trusted him. Aiden is very poor at planning and communicating with his crew and his client, and very good at making excuses and blaming others when something goes wrong. Can someone please tell me if the pictures below represent $140K quality work? That is how much we have already paid and he is still asking for more, and hasn’t touched a single punch list item he has had since May. It’s nearing mid September!! He started April 5th. My roof is now beginning to sag ♀️ We still can’t get proof of insurance or escrow account from them. Aiden and his team did a great job renovating our basement. They were professional, efficient, friendly and highly skilled. He worked with us closely to make sure that we received what we were looking for. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to make a home improvement.
