My name is Damoon. I have been a cabinet installer for 15 years and all the high-end cabinet makers know me well. During these 15 years, I have worked with Parviz company in 3 different time periods. But last year, I stopped working with them because customers were unsatisfied with their company services and timing and I didn’t want to loose my reputation due to Parviz shop mistakes. Quality, workmanship and finishing was excellent, high quality with good attention to detail. HOWEVER, Service was extremely slow, with delays in shop drawings, measurements, manufacturing and installation of millwork spanning several months (approximately 3 months delay). Business do not seem to be operating at a capacity to meet the demand of projects being taken on is my observation. Be mindful of the trade-off when making your millwork decisions.
