I moved in towards the end of May and I was told the leak in the basement and everything I checked off during the run through it was going to be fixed by the time I moved in now it's towards the end of June and nothing has been fixed and on top of that my apartment is 90 degrees and been waiting weeks for my AC to get fixed and still nothing. Images in virtual are not what you will be moving into. 2 bedroom has RV size stove/range. One normal size closet. Unit is outdated. Pressboard cabinets that are too small to put a stock pot in, and the doors can’t close because the hinges are old. Kitchen dining only with a 2 seat table. Sink is single basin and has no rinse hose, shower does is poor, central AC does not go to the upstairs of many units here - even if you close the lower vents so many tenants have to run portable AC to their upstairs (expensive utility). I would not recommend doing ANY sort of business with YARCO, the company that manages this property. We are a small, family owned Heating and Cooling company that was hired to fix some HVAC units for tenants and we’ve been chasing them for a YEAR to receive payment. According to other reviews, we aren’t the only company that this has happened to. Ultimately the tenants will be the ones to suffer because vendors will refuse to work on the properties. Totally unprofessional.

These apartments are going downhill. We can't keep a manager. They hardly ever answer calls. If you do happen to get an answer and you need to call back to do a follow up, they ignore you. Calling in maintenance requests doesn't matter, because they get to them on their time. Management has changed so much I can't keep up. They make their own hours in the office, and deal with you when they're ready. I've been trying to get my work orders taken care of, and get some excuse every time. Apartments are mostly 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. Some 1, 3, 4 bedroom units. Many units have full basements. Often a waiting list. Diverse family community. New management team in 2025. Pool, playgrounds, community center; pets allowed with certain restrictions. Tenant assigned parking with separate visitor parking.
