Apartments are mostly 2 bedrooms & 1 bath. Some 1, 3, 4 bedroom units. Many units have full basements. Often a waiting list. Diverse family community. New management team in 2025. Pool, playgrounds, community center; pets allowed with certain restrictions. Tenant assigned parking with separate visitor parking.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. I’ve been a tenant here for 9+ years. They change management like someone changes underwear, they do not fix anything! Sometimes they don’t even answer the phone or call you back when you leave a voicemail. My oven pilot light does not light ! (I tried to do it myself) The heat barely works, my upstairs stays FREEZING. We sleep with sweats and robes on ! So glad I moved. Terrible complex. Things never get done, kids breaking into apartments...parents not watching their ghetto ass kids fighting in the parking lots. Constant police calls...shooting...nasty roach infested neighbors...office never answers the phones...people parking in emergency spots and blocking people in or making it hard to get out...no security here..police never do anything, everything is outdated but rent rising...trash everywhere...ridiculous. only come here at last resort
I was interested in Parvin Estates based on the prices provided on their website. I left several emails and voicemails wishing to speak with someone over the course of two weeks, to no avail. I eventually decided to just go in to their office. The office was a mess and the receptionist was not very friendly. She immediately told me that there was an 18 month waist list and the price was about $100 more then what the website stated- contradicting what the website clearly advertised.
