We recently reached out to this company since they are the ones who initially helped setting up the sign for us. Set up an appointment to diagnose and the appointment went alright. Quoted us a very high number per hour, almost 140$. We were fine with that, after their technician came & fixed the problem, spent almost 2 hours. We expected the bill to be around 300, at most 350.
