We just had my daughter's birthday party here for the neon glow party. It was terrible. When we got there the place stunk like weed, BAD. As soon as the black lights came on you could see all the smoke. The hosts barely spoke to us or the kids. They didnt facilitate or engage with the kids at all. There wasn't music for most of the party, even though part of the neon glow party is a dance party. It was very awkward.
