Great range of party supplies and amazing service. Helen and Izzy were so helpful
The older lady was extremely rude and obviously did not want to be there
No one does old fashioned customer service, an unlimited range of great products, kindness and a smile, or helps the community, quite like Helen. She is a tonic and a rare gem. On my last visit, I raced in without notice and they had everything I needed in under 10 minutes. Hannah was also beyond helpful and truly divine. They love what they do, and we love them back! My friend was so thrilled, and her birthday wouldn't have been possible without Partyland.

Amazing store, service and even better people! Fantastic range of balloons and party supplies, but what truly sets this place apart are Helen and Hannah! They are the kindest, most helpful ladies—always full of great suggestions and overflowing with patience. Their customer service is second to none. Other retailers could definitely take a leaf out of their book! xxx
