Went to buy an item at the checkout and the woman was on her personal phone speaking to a friend in a different language, basically ignoring me. then tells me a cheap tiara was $15 and i said “it’s okay i won’t get it today” and then the woman sighed dramatically and rudely SLAMMED the efpos machine on the counter and gave me a dirty look. This is unacceptable customer service and behaviour which I do not take lightly. Very disappointing.
Chloe was absolutely amazing, the staff are fantastic, heaps of options got everything I needed.
