Cashier were rude with me when I want to talk with her about returns
I love the store but the website sucks badly... I shouldn't have to go all the way to the store to find out whether you have certain things/themes or not... If the website worked you would get five stars. Even though it's kind of pricey I would still give you five stars because you have something people need that you can't find somewhere else. But without the convenience of online shopping It's only four stars...
Rude customer service.
Not sure who this person is who said that they waited 15 min for the cashier to help (she was blowing up balloons for another customer). Was she supposed to stop helping another customer to help you? How do you go from waiting 15 minutes to an hr? I thought it was first come first served. Sounds a little bit far fetched to me. I have had nothing but great experience at Party Wow and will recommend this store to All.
