Party Works Etc. did not deliver what they promised for our Ladies Spring Tea on May 4, 2019. They showed up late, were not prepared to serve 60 people in a timely manner, and we paid in advance for 80 people. The tea sandwiches were dry, they did not brew the tea as promised or did not deliver desserts promised. In fact, they were making the food while the guests waited.
