Excellent customer service. Anyone I’ve dealt with there has been friendly and excited to help you plan your special event. A welcome change from getting balloons at the grocery store or other party stores in the area where customer service is lacking. So happy to have this local business!
THE best party supply shop in PA! Hildret’s shop is so fun, colorful and inviting. They carry just about every color scheme & theme you could imagine. And there are accessories and decor for all the holidays as well!
I love this unique party store! So many cute and fun party accessories along with great service from Desiree!!! Picked up a red cake stand and a big graduation balloon...among other small gifts. Balloons are so affordable. No extra charge for any latex balloons that last much longer than grocery stores! So many colors to choose from and added accessories for balloons. We had a shower for our daughter. I live 2 hours away but was able to work out all the details over the phone and via email. The delivery came right on schedule. Very thankful for everything
Hildret was absolutely amazing with the planning and design for my daughter’s first birthday party. When I initially reached out to her I had a theme in mind but she really understood my vision and put it all together. The decor was so beautiful. I received so many compliments for my daughter having the party of the year. Her vendors are also top notch. She was always available for calls and texts leading up to the event which means a lot. I highly recommend her and look forward to using her services for future events!
