Workers were very helpful and super nice
This a nice place to get you party supplies if you dont want to go downtown. Pro: you save on gas, time and parking $. Con: it's almost double the the price as it is downtown.
They always have the party supplies that I'm looking for
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I brought back some ribbons with my receipt, but they refused to offer either store credit or an exchange—even though their sign clearly states “exchange or store credit with receipt.” I asked to speak with a manager, but the clerk refused. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This used to be my go-to spot for party supplies, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back.
They have everything you need for a party/event. So many themes to choose from. Workers are very helpful.
