This is the worst party supply business ,they were not informative in the material that they use for balloons.I had a important event to attend and there was no compensation for something I was very unhappy about ..I get there’s no refunds and that’s fine ,but at least make it up to the customers.
The worker didn’t inform me that 2 of the balloons I brought in to be blown up could not float. I was charged anyway and told no refunds could be given even though negligence was on their part. The 2 balloons were $10. This is just bad business, don’t waste your money here. Edit: the picture attached is how balloons looked at the end of day

If I could give zero stars I would, but unfortunately, I cannot. Walked in, wasn’t even greeted the lady (I think is the owner) was super rude. Got balloons that were under filled did not last. The store was very empty and unorganized. Will definitely not be going back
