We had an extremely disappointing and costly experience with this company. During a delivery to our farm for a wedding, their driver struck our wellhead, causing $3,200 in damages. The impact left our entire property without water — affecting our livestock, the wedding guests and our farm operations. Rather than reporting the incident, the driver was seen by members of the wedding party attempting to reassemble the damaged wellhead before leaving without saying a word. I had such a wonderful experience with Party Supply Co. Nicole was amazing! She helped me SO much and on such short notice (I needed a balloon bouquet the same day) not only was she super friendly but very efficient!!! She emailed me back promptly and even sent me pictures so I could see the different color selections. She even called me as well to make sure they had what I wanted!
